Apartment Information

4th floor very light and modern apartment, near metro stations Tribunal and Bilbao, which has been newly refurbished in Feb 2004. It is ideal for two adults although it is possible for them to accommodate 2 extra guests temporarily. For our working guests and those that want to stay connected while on holiday we have installed a wireless telephone and a ADSL connection. At no extra costs you can enjoy broadband and free local telephone calls.

This 40 square metre apartment comprises:

• An ample entrance lobby with AC and heating, a fold away dining table, 4 chairs and two single beds (each 80x190 cm), telephone and ADSL connection.
• Living room with new AC/heating, TV, VCR, stereo, and two comfortable lounge chairs, wireless telephone and a second telephone + ADSL connection.
• One bedroom with double bed (135 x 200 cm), ceiling fan, big closet with towels, bed linen, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and cloths rack.
• Kitchen with fridge, microwave, 2 electrical plates for cooking and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
• Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and iron.

Location

The apartment is situated in the centre of Madrid, right next to the Plaza Dos de Mayo. This neighbourhood is still largely undiscovered by tourists but very much frequented by "Madrileños" for its shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is just a 10 min walk from both "Chueca" and "Puerta del Sol". Despite its central location the apartment is very quiet, very safe and very well connected to public transportation.

Prices

Prices include water, electricity and taxes.
Minimum length of stay: 7 days.

Reservations

If you would like to book the apartment, please fill out the booking form below and you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange your booking details. In order to book this apartment a deposit is required, equivalent to 50% of the final cost of your stay. The remaining 50% will be paid on arrival, although exceptions may be made for longer stays.
